For years, I lived with symptoms that didn’t make sense: brain fog, constant bloating, aching joints, and waves of fatigue that made me feel like a shadow of myself. I saw doctors, took tests, and heard a lot of “everything looks normal.” But deep down, I knew something was off.

Things began to shift when I started exploring the power of anti-inflammatory foods and gentle lifestyle changes. I didn’t transform my life overnight. I began paying attention to what I was eating, how I was sleeping, and how I was taking care of myself.

That journey led me here.
